CFL DWC first grow! 12 bagseeds in closet

We're at about week 3-4 from seed (mixed unknown bag seeds). 18/6 CFL, started with two 85w 6500k, one each box, hanging vertically about a foot or more above each box. While changing out the water, one fell and shattered. Instead of buying a replacement, we decided to build a wood frame with 4 27w daylight, 2 13w softwhite CFLs. Liked the look so we made a second one a few days later for the other box. We change the water every week, run a 100g aquarium pump split to two 1 ft. bubble sticks per box. Using Ionic grow at full nutes for the L box, 2/3rd nutes for the R box. Two fans going 24, struggling to keep temps down, so the window's cracked and cold air is coming in to keep it at 75 and 72 degrees.

Changed out the water, added in just 1/2 nutes to each tub to play things safe. We incorporated aluminum tape to our lids to add reflectivity. The babies are getting bigger! Two plants have fan leaves with 7 leaves whereas most have 5 still.

I'm wondering if I have discovered a male already, but maybe this one is just lanky. It's the one in the first picture, bottom right.

I put up some pics of the roots from each tub. The one with the cut out in the lid were the 7th-12th seeds to germinate. Still recovering from nute burn. Added little reflective disks to slip over the rockwool/hydroton to maybe get light to the bottom of the leaves. Temps fairly steady at 75 +- 4 degrees.

Had a little nute burn/overwater issue that is hopefully resolved the past few days. Took two inches of water out so the water wasn't touching the rockwool directly since we have long roots to soak up water now. The babies have perked up significantly since then but seem a bit crispy still and have plenty of brown spots on lower and even a few upper leaves. Thinking back, when we changed the water out there were globs of snot-like stuff on the airstones which leads me to believe we've had an algae issue. Maybe adding aluminum tape to the lid will help resolve this. Posting pics of what our babies looked like last night before lowering water level and raising the lights to about 9 inches above the plants.

The babies were getting a little crowded so we spent all night figuring out a solution and collecting supplies. We figured this setup would give them more room and depending on how many end up being male, we could have 2 in the little tubs and 3 in the bigger tubs. Planning on starting LST tomorrow, please let me know if this is way too soon, but I did try on the one lanky one and it seemed to respond well. Its bent over at a 45 degree angle at the base and the top is curved to perfectly upright.

To accomodate how spread out our new layout is, we added two more power strips with 2 27w daylight and 2 14w softwhite each like the other frames. We're now up to 404 watts. I'm sure you will all say why didn't I just get a 400w HPS. We can't duct any venting out really. We have the closet doors open half way and two fans blowing outward.

Living room is starting to smell a little when we leave the guest bedroom door open. Probably will make a small air filter soonish. Hoping to get some H202 tomorrow since our roots aren't as bright white as they used to be and might have a slight algae problem. Temps do get a bit high sometimes, probably why the air stone tubing gets slimey. Having our 60g air pump divided so much is putting out pretty weak bubbles in the bigger tubs so we might have to get another pump. Sorry, I may have said we had a 100g pump in a previous post.

Lot of work to do, lot of money to spend. I'm not approaching this as an investment in any way, but just as a hobby because it brings me joy.
