Cfl grow box 1st time grow..need help

Ok this is my first time growing indoors and I need some help..I have about a 4 and a half foot tall and about 3' wide box with 2 small fans from walmart one for intake and one for extake..for lighting I have 2 150 watt soft white cfls with 2200 lumens a peice, 1 200 watt 2700k cfl with 3860 lumens also soft white, and 4 60 watt daylight 6500k cfls with 800 lumens a piece these are all hanging over one plant..is this enough lIght..I sprouted my seeds outside and brought one in for this project and would really Like it to work so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would only use the 6500k bulbs right now. Those are actually 14w daylight cfls (60w incandescent equivalent). You could also supplement with 5000k cfls (full spectrum/craft bulbs) as it grows, since it will need more light in the 5000k-6500k spectrum. 23w daylight cfls work great and produce about 1600 lumens instead of 800. When you are ready to flower, switch the 6500k bulbs out for the 2700k spectrum bulbs, seems like you have plenty of those for one plant. Seems like more than enough space.. Ok so your saying I should just take the three soft white bulbs out and replace them with around 4 of those 23 watt daylight bulbs for until flowering..I appreciate the help like I said my first indoor grow and would like it to work thanks

Yes, that is what I would do. Should be enough lumens for one plant. Veg and flowering stages. Post some pics when you get her rollin'!

sorry to barge in, im also in the process of making a grow box as ive never grown indoors just outdoors, i dont understand exactly how many cfl i would need for a 5x4 foot box and when im sopposed to change them i cant get any good info on cfls

I already got it Rollin it's about an inch tall and a half tall and my leaves are beginning to curl could it be from the lights

in the quick reply, down at the bottom, above where u put in the text, you will see a bunch of icons. B U A picture , video, etc. not hard to find it. just scroll your mouse over the icons without clicking them and it will tell you waht they are

First time indoor grower and need some input to help me out, Bought some indica seeds online, there doing great for 3 weeks old, all green and stout about 4 nodes. Just transplanted them to gal pots. I'm using full spectrum 1100 lumans each, have 2 of them and 3 florescent grow lights, Is that enough for veggie stage?
