CFL grow! need help.

my cab is:
100cm h, 60 w, 30 cm w.
2 plants (northern lights)
under 125w blue cfl and red.

if my grow space is as small as it is, would i be better to go straight to flowering from seed or 1 week veg?

if its possible what would my results be like if i was to lst too?

Hey man,
LST is definately the way to go with that small of a space..
It will maximize your plants size and rate of colas..
If you flower from a seed you will have a very small yield
Check out my 2 grows with the links below.. One grow is my clone that i veg'd fer 2 weeks and is now 5 weeks through flowering
My other grow i have been growing 4 seeds for a week, so you can get a general idea of how big they will be..

My personal opinion is to veg for atleast 2 weeks and then LST then flower..

Cool! Will do!! Have you used the method before and if so what did you yield?

It will yeild about 2x the non LST amount. But since your cab is so small, i dont know if 2x would even be enough for you and your buddy to smoke for an entire weekend.

You can go 12/12 form seed before. It's been done MANY times! I'd veg for 2 weeks tho, and LST, then flower, like other dude said.

LST is definitely the way to go for you it sounds! It's the ONLY way I gro! I haven't grown a reg plant, cuz I LST all mine! There are some pix in the link in my sig if you wanna see some mad LST! lol, it'll show you what I've done basically from start to finish without having to scroll through 50 pages! lol, if you have any other Q's, ask away!

Sorry I don't understand?
I meant what should I yield with:
2 x Northern Lights
125w cfl red for veg and blue for flower.
2 weeks veg and 9 weeks flowering.
Compost and Bio Canna nutes for flowering.
