Pretty sure I am going to end up going with Aurora from http://www.nirvanashop.com/en/feminized-marijuana-seeds/819-aurora-indica-feminized-5-seeds.htmlwhats ur strain?
Hey, it would actually be 12 of these http://www.1000bulbs.com/product/2237/FC42-80891.htmlThat's an 8 bulb and 4 bulb 4 foot T5's right? I would imagine that you would be able to fit 3 large ones under that footprint.
i agree with u.Pretty sure I am going to end up going with Aurora from http://www.nirvanashop.com/en/feminized-marijuana-seeds/819-aurora-indica-feminized-5-seeds.html
I dig a good strong indica.
I completely agree with you on keeping the electrical clean and simple. I have 6 brooder lights already as well as the CFL's already.Jixan: you've got the right light color/frequency for flowering but a dozen lights makes for a very busy hookup. Have you considered the simplicity of a single 4' long 4 tube T-5 fixture? You have the same light coming off of a single cord. I like neat and simple and it's working for my three. I hope that helps. HSA
Awesome thank you for the insight I appreciate it! Good luck on your grow! I'm going to go check it out right now!Yes that would be enough ...I would only use a couple in the begining and add more and more as they get bigger
I'm growing 4 plants with less light than that
So 12 42watters would only get better results
Check out my Sig.
It's very possible !!
get the 55w bulbs thats the way to go..Hey, it would actually be 12 of these http://www.1000bulbs.com/product/2237/FC42-80891.html
I will be building a custom light rack that has 6 sockets with Y Splitters in each.
I don't think the 'Daisy Chain' (Series circuit) is a good idea with AC electricity. When lights are connected like that, the Voltage per light is divided by the number of lights.. E.g. 240 ÷ 12 = 20vI completely agree with you on keeping the electrical clean and simple. I have 6 brooder lights already as well as the CFL's already.
Can I take the brooder light cords and daisy chain them together, instead of having to plug in all six lamps?
