Hi, basically I've been reading about CFL Grows and PC Cases etc, and I've come to a conclusion that I should write what I know and hopefully get some answers or corrections of what is wrong about the things I'm going to get.
So to start off...
The PC CASE
-----------------------------
1 x PC CASE
Seeds (Autoflowering)
Power strips
1 intake fan and 1 exhaust fan
Mylar sheet
Carbon Filter
-CFL bulbs 6000-7000k for VEG
-CFL bulbs 2400k for flowering
-----------------------------
Here are some statements of what I have gathered from rollitup.org and I wanna know whether I'm correct about this,

Here are some statements of what I have gathered from rollitup.org and I wanna know whether I'm correct about this,
- The more lumens the better
- 200-300w overall is good for growing in the PC
- 12/12 light schedule is ideal for growing
- Don't use potting mix
- 50% perlite in soil
- Don't use fertilizers when the plant is still young - it will kill it
- Main nutrients for fertilizers should be Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium
- When the leaves start getting yellow, it means its lacking in Nitrogen and is using the nutrients from the bottom of the leaves
- High in nitrogen to promote leaf and stem growth, while little phosphorous and potassium in early stages
- More phosphorous and potassium and less nitrogen during flowering cycle
- PH soil around 6.2-6.8
- 65-80 Fahrenheit for temperature (20-27 degrees Celsius)
- Water every 2 days
----------------------------------------------------
Questions:
- I'm really unsure about all that wiring and stuff for the fans with a 12v adapter, but could I just buy a powersupply and connect that to the fans and run them off without motherboard?
- Does the PH levels really need to be taken cared of with a PC Grow?
Many questions to come ---------- hope this can help others aswell!!!!
