cfl grow results

im in need of advice i have a grow room of 7ft tall and 4 ft long 3 ft wide consealed in a cuboard and im on a tight budget so donf have money for vent and extract fans i only have 2 desk fans 6inch and i need to know can i use a 250 hps because during light periods i will leave the door open a bit or will i cook every thing using this light system also if i use cfls would it be less harvest results please could some one let me know as my last post know one botherd to answer happy growing skunkhunter

what up bro...ok, my area is about the same, if you go to my gallery in my stats page ull see....i use the bottom half of a closet, my space is 3'x3'x3', and i plan on gettting a 400W HPS, i am going to hook up air ducting to it though, a 250 would work great for ya, cfls, you would need a lot of em, you can get decent prices on lights at htgsupply.com, they have the best deals around, insidesun.com has cheap prices too, they have a 400w hps for 100 bucks. but yea, i would go with the 250 since u have no vent, if u have any questions PM me

My research tells me if at all possible go 400 watts for yield. You would have heat issues so venting would be needed. Anything less cfl in qty. or hps you won't unless everything is perfect contitions. You will have smell without exit venting. cutting corners for cost will be waisting money. If budget is an issue then buy parts at a time. Do a lot of reading on this site journals etc. Good luck
