CFL grow White Rhino

Hey everybody just want to say thanks for all the help so far. I found a seed in bag of rhino I bought so I germed and then planted into Large pot. (4 gallon) It has sprouted and is aprox 3 inches in height and is nice and green. I used some soil I bought from Lowes and it has no nutes but some hydrogen pellets mixed in. I am using a make shift hood I made that has 8 27watt cfl's which I acccomplished with 4 Y adapters under hood so sides of bulbs are angled towards plant as everyone says more light from sides. I dont have means to take photos so my question is this. How long should I veg for with 216watts and to get the most out of it does 2 months veg sound reasonable? I really want to try and have veg and flowered in 3 months. Is this reasonable to achieve possibly one ounce off the plant? I will add more cfls warm for flower. Anyone and any advice much appreciated.

this is my guide

seedling stage(takes, 0-2 weeks) NO NUTRIENTS only water
vegging stage(takes, 2-5 weeks, the longer the bigger) High N low P low K (N-P-K ex. 10-5-5)
flowering stage( this takes 6*-11* weeks) low N high P high K (5-15-10)

however if you want an ounce of the plant, i would recommend topping the plant when it is about 4-5 nodes tall as it can create up to 4 colas
veg till your plant is around half the size you want, in the flowering stage it can almost double in height
