cfl growing question

I'm growing two plants with 3 cfl 23w lights and they are a couple inches away from the plants the plants are growing but the leaves are brown at the tips what should i do to get less brown and more green?

some miracle grow continuous release it has nitrogen and potassium and a lot of other stuff

Right on you are gonna hear a lot of people trashing on mg. But use the search bar for mg mythbuster. And you will find a very helpful thread. As for the nutes I wouldn't use any yet. What soil are you using and is it pre-nuted? That could cause your leaf tips to brown sounds kinda like nute burn.

everyone talks trash on mg, but if u do it right mg really does do a miracle. Im not gunna make my own compost just to make shit smell nasty inside

could it be heat stress maybe? try moving the cfl's away maybe another inch or so.. also make sure no leaves are touching the lights. If you have a fan in your grow rrom it could be pushing the leaves up into the light.
