CFL Hydro grow need advice.

well i germinated the seeds i got and its day 2 since i put them in the soil. oh yeah and i decide to start 12/12 from seed. any advice??? rite now i ave 1 26 watt cfl bulb. i plan on using 3 and maintaining my plants height as short possible. oh yeah and im not sure if its means nothing but when they sprouted they were yellow.

So where's the hydro?

Never heard of that. I think all weed grown in Hydroponics can be called Hydro? I might be wrong but.......
