cfl light things

what are the things that everyone seems to have with cfl's that they screw the bulb into that plug into an outlet?

ex: (not mine)

you can get them at home depot in the electric department with the plugs and light switches thry are at the very end of them on the bottom shelf at my home depot/ and i am sure they are all set up the same. they are 2.09 each and there is a y you can get for 2.49. so it usually runs about 6 bucks for a set up with cords and bulbs. i went crazy with them i actually had to take some back i had so many.....ran out of bulbs

View attachment 1146962there called light socket adapters you can find them in almost any hardware store, you can also get y adapters and double the amount of lights in every socket
