CFL Lighting Question Please HELP

So basically i have bought 2 x 65w CFL 1 blue and 1 red. They are the e27 fitting. I have bought a e27 to 2 x e27 Y splitter and a e40 to e27 converter as the lamp holder i bought was e40 fitting.
If i stick the e40 to e27 converter in the e40 lamp holder then the e27 to 2 x e27 Y splitter and stick the 65w bulbs in can i plug straight into my socket or will i have to buy something to stop the fuse blowing. The e40 lamp is 240v. Never done a CFL grow before i previously used HPS which required a ballast etc. Any help from people will be great even better if your a qualified sparky

.......Go back to HPS ....cause if you've used it before you wont be thrilled with CFL. I started out with CFL albeit a much less complicated endeavor than you have going. I just bout 6500 daylight bulbs for vegging, and 2700k for flowering. Probably 10 or so of each.
I do still use the daylight bulbs for seedlings though.
