cfl lights left on for 4 hrs of dark period HELP PLEASE!!

just got home from work and its about 12:30pm my lights shut off at 830 am on a timer. i left hte light switch in my room on which has 2 26w 6500k cfls on it.
so essentially, 52ws of 6500k cfl lighting was left on for the first 12 hours of my photoperiod today. should i wait to turn them on tonight? give it four hours and change my schedule to be safe? or just leave it and i'll be fine turning my lights on at 830 again tonight? keeping in mind if i do that theyve only had 8 real hours of dark/?

Don't change anything. Other than remembering to turn the OH lights off!

hahaha thank you man. 8 hours of darkenss makes me sad but if thats it then thats it.
im unscrewing those fucking bulbs tonight so it doesnt happen again.

Yeah, this happened to me during my first grow. I'm only on my second and I still remember the advice I got last time. "Your fine, just don't make a habit out of it."!
