CFL or Flouro's

Is one better? I can get CFL's but i have a little setup of flouro's. My sprouts just can through which is better? and if i got cfl's they would just be in my desk lamp.

If you can get a nice big 65 watt or higher CFL and keep it close to plants it will help. ideally you want HID lights though and not fluoro or cfl.

I'm guessing most'll tell ya cfl's, but I've had plenty of luck with plain old fluro's (shoplights)
Basically, you'll need quite a few cfl's per plant, as I understand it.

I have 400 watt hps and it fries them as sprouts unless i am doing somehting wrong. so i wanted something for early veg.

go to wal-mart and buy some t8 shop light for vegg they work awsome and use the 400 watt hps for flowreing
