CFL or LED bulbs???

Hi guys, Im going to do a small grow in this old speaker, just need to get the correct light's. I'm wondering whether to go for cfl bulbs or led bulbs??? I'm only look to do 1 decent sized autoflower plant in here. It 74cm x 35cm x 35cm. Thanks guys.

About 10 years back, I grew a Blackberry Auto in a 1 gallon pot, with only 46w of cfl, pulled a little bit over 7g. All I gave her was water, too. No nutes, no nothing. It was an experiment, lowest maintenance grow I ever did!

I want to try an LED bulb myself, as they do seem to be drastically improved over the last few years. I saw one at Home Depot the other day that fits an E26/E27 base, it puts out 10,000 lumens at 100w.

Cfl to start ..possibly move up when $$$ is allowed, but if you want led bulb get them and take the top off...start the highest 5k + or - normally for veg ,flower lower 3k + or -
