Are you talking actual watts or equivalent watts?is 8400 lumens enough light for one auto flower plant to make it through harvest? lights together at 210w at 6200k
I disagree with the whole airy buds and a ton of lumens and short plants. You DO need to put more effort into training your plants with CFLs. I'd recommend topping ONCE (not once every day...) and pruning leaves intelligently so that light gets to where it needs to gets. With enough lumens, cooling, nutrients, and proximity to the plants, you can easily get dense buds and 1oz if not more a plant.you need atleast 10,000 Lumens to start flowering its highly recommended
I'm not exactly Garden Knowm but I've started flowering ever since i've put my ladies in soil and they love it. A month and a half later I can easily see the bud sites that will develop over the next 2-3 months in which they should be finished. I topped 3 plants, I have 6 23W CFLs, and I'm looking for about an OZ off of them. I could've easily fit 6 plants under those lights. It's all about topping, pruning, and the nutrients you use, but you DO need to have a decent amount of lumens and you DO need to have the bulbs close to the plants. That's the main part.Sup Garden knowm...u said u should flower early when using cfls just how early into the plants life can u actually start that phase?
