CFL question?!HELP!!

View attachment 1030676View attachment 1030675View attachment 10306732nd and 4th pics are most recent.Just to let u guys knw whats up with my first grow setup.I have that 150w HPS sunsystem light along with that light fixture with 8 CFL 6 blue 2 red spectrum.My plants are right up on the CFL not touching them but jst real close...HOW CLOSE IS TOO CLOSE???Let me knw what u think

The closer the better. did you make that light fixture? and please use a better camera. i know its a phone, but damn it's tiny.

My plant can handle as close as 2 inches to the CFLs (first plant ever) possibly closer if I had a better fan.

It's a bathroom light fixture. I'd recognize it cuz I have the same one it's just the 8 socket model.

Plants look good from what I can tell but we could use better pics as the previous poster said. There should be a setting on your phone to take a larger picture unless you are working with a really old phone.

Really you don't need to worry about the lights being too close as long as you are keeping track of them enough to move them as the plant grows. You can keep them 2 inches away & get away with it. Maybe 3 inches during flower with vigorous plants. This is providing you are checking on the plants everyday.

And don't forget to rotate your babies. that is if you can keep a schedule.

nice plants dude cfls dont give out that much heat, ive put mine into flowering and each morning where they stretch they are touching my cfl and its a 250watt bulb an no burn spots as of yet so those lil ones you have there are fine. good luck with the grow.
