CFL Setup

I am using 2x(65 watt CFL(2700k) and 2x(40 watt CFL(2700k). They are actual watt bulbs and the 65 watt CFLs are huge. The room has a total of 220 watts but each plant is probably getting 105+ watts due to the light setup. CFL bulbs are 4-6 inches away from the plants.

They are on day 12 flowering.
How does it look and is it ok for me to move my plants into sunlight everytime the sun is out for better light?

You have done a good job...looks good!

To answer your question...natural sunlight is ALWAYS the best option. if you are able to put them outdoors...go for it.
