Cfl & uv

Hi all,

had a little closet grow and downscaling to an autoflowering low cupboard

80 x 90 x 40. running about 300 w of cfl.

I saw a UV cfl which is 20 watts. Any idea on wether it would be worth my time? and what kind of timer i should put the UV on if its worth using at all.

Also as Im autoflower noob, any suggestions on strains?

Do not run with Nirvana's Short Rider too many people including my self have had issues with its "auto flower traits"

I am experimenting with 12/12 from seed at the moment with a couple diff strains I think it may be a better option opposed to auto's

I was thinking about getting some UV lights. I have read that it helps create thc. I would try it out, could't hurt anything :leaf:

Thank-you for the information about autoflower strains. Any more thought would be very greatly appreciated.

As for the uv , I have been reading cannawizards thread: Cannawizard's UVB Fun Guide. Ver.2 in the advanced section. Seems exo terra bulbs for lizards are what's being discussed. Have a look and let me know what you think.
