CFL vs 150 W HPS

which one do you think would be a better match for a super small grow tent... like 2x2x3.5 or something...

stealth is top priority...

using pc fans for exhuastss and intakes...

hmm... thats about it... plus does anyone know of any killer 150 W threads?

Cfl is stealth

CFL. Less heat to manage if stealth is an issue and you won't have to deal with a ballast.. My two cents anyway.

Wouldn't the HPS create less heat, since it is significantly more efficient than the cfls?

hey sorry for jumping in here but can anyone possibly tell me how many kelvins this cfl is it doesnt say on it its the purplish one on the right in the picture. the one on the left is a 4100k but i took it out and put a 2700k in so i have a mix of 6500k and 2700k and whatever the purple one is thank you for any help

I say go with the hps. I have a friend that grows in a tent about that big and his yield has improved greatly since switching over from cfls. He also uses pc fans to exhaust and for intake but his exhaust is 105 cfm so you'll need a decent fan. Good luck.
