ive got 7 cfls all at 20watt each good ones all warm white and ive got 2 cheese potted ready 2 go they are about 2 weeks old are my lights ok 4 flowering all the cfls ive got will give out 11000 lumans will that b ok justsumdude lol nice1, oh yh urs look pukka good crop m8t

Not really... I mean yea it helps. But really, for CFL growing.. any growing. When it comes to lights, the red spectrum is for stem growth as well.
One thing all CFL growers must remember.
When putting CFL lights up for growing?
For veg, you want more Blue Spectrum
or "daylight" = 6500k.
But for Flowering, you should be using MIX SPECTRUM LIGHTING!!!! It should be a mix! of blue and "soft warm" spectrums!
Just my 2cents.
I believe the ratio is 2 to 1 for each stage of growing. Two 6500k daylights per One 2700k Soft White for Veg state, or vice versa for flowering.Not really... I mean yea it helps. But really, for CFL growing.. any growing. When it comes to lights, the red spectrum is for stem growth as well.
