I have 4 of these from Home Depot, and they are not 7000 lumens. Try 4200 lumens. http://www.homedepot.com/Electrical-Light-Bulbs-CFL-Light-Bulbs/h_d1/N-5yc1vZbmat/R-100676712/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053Unless you have a thousand bucks to buy a decent LED dont waste your time with them.

The 42's are my fav, anything bigger and it becomes difficult to position the bulbs around the plant, and you start wasting light.cfls was what I had in mind I live in a small town in Alabama the biggest cfls I could find hear were 42 watt I wonted bigger ones but I will have to drive a little way to get them but I found some leds at Lowe's hear they were 2700k 800 lumens I think it said 75watts not sure on that but it got me wondering witch was best this is my first grow
