FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS
==================================================
Address final questions immediately after effects have worn off.

1. Dosage [ ] Enter the number of hits taken to reach desired effects.

Three decent hits from a small pipe.

2. Effect onset [ ] Rate how quickly the effect hit from 1-10 immediate-majorcreeper.

[5] – Fairly immediate head rush effect that seems to grow over the next 30 minutes until you feel it all over your body.

3. Sativa influence [ ] Rate the sativa influence detected from 0-10none-extreme. Sativa influence is best described as a clear and energetic mental effect.

[4] - I would have to say there is some sativa influence. You definitely don’t get couchlocked, but you don’t feel like cleaning the house either. Instead, you can get lost in your thoughts and every so often come to and realize an eternity has passed by in 5 minutes. Kinda like navel gazing weed to some extent. On the otherhand, there is enough sativa influence that you can remain sociable if you want to be.

4. Indica influence [ ] Rate the indica influence detected from 0-10none-extreme. Indica influence is best described as a sedative, lethargic ornumbing effect that affects the body.

[6] – in about 20-30 minutes, you get a nice relaxing body stone – no couch lock though.

5. Potency [ ] Rate the potency of the sample from 0-10 none-devastating.

A good solid 7. I have shared this with a couple of friends – both of whom are heavy smokers. Their assessment was that Blue Lemon Thai had a very respectable potency and they were suitably impressed. One mentioned it was better than what they had been buying as of late.

6. Duration [ ] Indicate the number of hours the effects lasted.

A solid 3 hours of decent high.

7. Tolerance build up [ ] Rate how quickly tolerance builds from 0-10none-rapid. Leave this field blank if you have not used this sample repeatedly.
Unknown

8. Usability [ ] Rate on a scale of 1-9 where a one indicates the worst time ofday to consume this strain and a nine represents the ideal time of day.

Leave field(s) blank if you have not yet formed an opinion.

Morning - wake up [2] Day - work [4] Evening - relax [9 ] Night - sleep [7]

9. Overall satisfaction [ ] Rate your overall satisfaction from 1-10 poor-HolyGrail.

A good solid 8 in my opinion.

10.Ability and conditions [ ] Rate your overall ability to judge from 1-10low-high. Consider experience, strain familiarity, atmosphere, currenttolerance and most importantly the condition and preparation of the sample.

[9] – I have had several samplings of this strain and have shared with two others that are more “experienced” than I am and we all have pretty much the same conclusions

11.Judging from the sample alone do you personally consider this strain akeeper for long term use.
Yes [X] No [ ]

GENERAL COMMENTS
==================================================

This strain was an Attitude freebeefrom last spring’s order. I popped theseed in April and vegged it under T5’s until the weather here in Maine clearedup towards the end of May. I was growing it against some Barney’s Farm Liberty Haze & Violator Kush as well as some other freebees. The Blue Lemon Thai was one of the more vigorous growers out of the bunch. The plant was topped at the second true node (a la Uncle Ben’stechnique) at some point as well.

In late May, the plant was moved outside to a guerrilla site which had been prepped with Miracle Grow Moisture Control soil mixed with native soil. During the grow, it didn’t seem to have any real nutrient issues (oversensitivity or needs), but did suffer from some bacterial leaf spot problems later in its life. I had no scheduled feeding regiment. Instead, when the plant looked hungry, I gave it a reduced dose of Miracle Grow (sorry purists, but it worked just fine) and occasionally some lime and epsom salt.

Budding started somewhere around the beginning of August. During budding, the smell changed from nothing to a really strong funky cheese smelland finally settling into a noticeable lemon fragrance as it ripened. With the topping, there were five strong colas at the top with a decent density of secondary buds below.

Harvest – cut each stalk at its base and hanged them to dry whole in the loft of a barn. During curing, the weather around here was pretty wet and humid so it took about 10-14 days for them to dry (with a fan) to the point where the buds could be trimmed. Once trimmed, buds were put in glass jars with hygrometers and burped as needed. Not much mold encountered considering how crappy the weather has been.

Production – I haven’t weighed it all yet, but based on my best guess, this one plant generated a solid 7-8ounces dry.

FWIW, I also grew out the CH9 Jack seed I received and had very good luck with that as well. Not as much production and a little more subtle buzz (no so much "belly button gazing", but still very good smoke none the less.

That's crazy I am in the process of harvesting CH9 Jack and BLT... You gotta love freebies right... Your report was right on the money, I smoke a joint of some last night and I really tasted some soapy elements....I realized it was just the lemon notes in in though... That was only after I trimmed it and hung it in the closet for a three day cure though.

I ran one of these freebies and oddly enough it appears to be full on male. Ch9 is all female seeds from what I can tell. It may be a hermie, but it has no female flowers at all, just male flowers. Super sativa looking leaves too. I pulled it and put it in my weight room to let it mature and it's full of pollen now, it's even busting sacks all over the place. I think I'm going to save some of the pollen for a future project. I'm just not sure because some have told me it could still be a hermie even though it doesn't appear to have female flowers. Anyone wanna chime in? Peace!

Looks like it has another 20 days for what I prefer to smoke...
Are any pistil turning red yet? It doesn't look like something I'd keep around long.

With CH9 beans you must play> Where's Waldo?
Some plants will be pure female but some will NOT!

I chose to toss all them since none were better then what I already had.

Blue Lemon Thai is one of my favorite strains, and my patients agree! Not the best yielder, and even though the buds aren't all that dense I always gotta stake them at the end indoors because stems are not very rigid. I think it would make a great plant for a scrog and may just have a great yield. It's nice to see it the pics of it growing outdoors. I think my pheno, if not the same as in that pic, would look the same if it was allowed to get much taller and managed to stiffen up the stems a lot more. I grew mine in the winter and let the tent get pretty cool (as cold as I could which isn't really that cold here in Arizona) and it responded well with lots of purpling. the smell and taste are amazing!

floweed, sorry to say but I think your plant could do much better. leaves that yellow are ok at harvest time but when the pistils are still all white I'm guessing there's a nute or ph problem, and the plant looks looks heat stressed as well. I'm not tryin to be a dick, just sayin that plant didn't show you the true potential of the BLT

Got this as a freebie. Had Zero expectations (as with most freebies)

I really like it. Solid yield, great bag appeal, done in 9 weeks. Tastes just like a blackberry pie. Nice stone with some cerebral spaciness. Will see if I can't find a pic of this biotch :)

BLT from CH99 is the shit very fast growing squat plants that branch like crazy I mean to the point of having to scrog or keep trimmed to only so many branches at least the one I have don't know about any other phenos. its also great for a sog heres a a couple pics of mine I have one large plant plant that I took 6 clones vegd a week then put all 6 into flower and one of the sog has a bigger cola than any on the mother plant . Not huge but some potent hard nugs.lCM150121-07135605.jpgCM150112-20514102.jpg CM150114-18541103.jpg 20150120_161259.jpg CM150121-07135605.jpg CM150112-20514102.jpg CM150114-18541103.jpg 20150120_161259.jpg
