Chances this bagseed is worth growing?

That’s the debate. Or just go buy 10-12 feminized for $100 and not worry about it.
That's the thing though... you can't "not worry" just because you bought them from a reputable breeder if it's from a hermie-prone strain/clone. There's a risk with every new girl... some are mutants, some just plain die, and some have screwy traits such as hermaphrodism. It's just about managing risk.

Yeah, just in general. I don't have any personal experience with GG4 but it seems to be a higher risk strain. Even Bodhi has been giving out regular seeds of GG crosses with a warning of an elevated risk. But those crosses have also been killin' it. So you never know.

I was getting light burn. I had to move it as high as Icould. It a viparspectra 900w dimmable model. I even had to dim it duringveg to control the heat
I checked up on the light. Anything over 18 inches from canopy is going to take away from the par needed for decent flowering. From what I learned a PAR reading of about 450-500 is the least amount of light you want to hit your bud sites to get decent buds and anything over 1000 you have to have the nutrients really dialed in. And c02. That’s way outta my league tho.

Oh and that GG was grown outdoors so I’m wondering also with more control over everything indoors , don’t you think they can be persuaded more to the fem side?
No the opposite in my experience dont get me wrong where i stay the weather sucks but from all i seen bagseed being grown out outdoors and not stressed i think it tends to be slightly less hermie prone than vs grown indoors but anyway most here grow indoors tho for the obvious reasons may just be me but thats just what ive found so far

yeah definitely not perfect this run. Believe me I got so many differ ways I want to do it next run.

I was thinking it was to far up to but the plants never really stretched at the beginningso I let it be. Who’s knows tho. I’m still new to this‍♂

I got a couple seeds from a QP of some fire

Seeds came from the the best looking buds it seemed. Right in the middle too

Did this grow herm on grower or did it somehow get accidentally pollinated?
If it was quality product and you have the time and space then run it, some really nice strains have been discovered that way :)

Interesting, I should add I’ve never tried growing bag seed. But the GG I got them from was good smoke just the seeds were a bitch. Most of the seeds I got are striped and healthy looking.
