From the 27th of february if you don't have more than 9 plant's you're not selling and you are using cannabis for medicinal purposes the police will not even bother as the CPS crown prosecution service (courts) will not be bothered.
My doctors notes state that i use marijuana medicinally for my anger problems ANYTHING IS AN EXCUSE
finally you can get high in the uk and grow without the risk of going prison
Police will still take you're weed, hydroponics grow lights etc... but no prison as long as you don't have to many plants everyone this a proud day for the uk
If so does anyone have references to back this up? I want to make sure about this before I purchase growing materials and seeds.

Generally I disregard evidence as solid when they start the statement with "Effectively" and then offer a caution giving the complete opposite impression. Is it just me?

This is a direct as much as indirect effect of the work of, primarily, Professor Sir Michael Rawlins and Professor David Nutt , Professor of Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Newcastle and Professor of Neuropsychopharmacology at the Imperial College of London, respectively, et al. The work they did during their time at the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, is invaluable to the revision of these set of laws and the benefits we now enjoy from such a revision. There are numerous papers that they have published including some on cannabis, MDMA and ketamine to name a few and this one right here is important for one to understand their contributions.
