I Changed it to a 100 watt Soft White bulb.
(pear shaped bulb), because i read somewhere that insufficient light will cause plants to stretch, therefore leading to scrawny stems.
And from what ive read, I need 40-60w per square foot.

So originally I had 2 26w cfl's in a 2 square foot grow box.

Now i have one 26w CFL and a 100w Soft white normal bulb. What will happen?

P.S Cfl's are ok to touch, Soft White 100w ones are not. (Burnt my palm) LOL

Sounds like you just replaced a florescent with an incandescent, which is a backward move. Floros produce much more light using much less electricity. Switch it back. If you want more light get more floros, do NOT use incandescent as all they do is contribute tons of heat with very little light.

Seriously - there are plenty of lighting information, so read upon it! Incandescent bulbs are worthless for growing, but you knew that.

If it helps the bulb was not clear. Is it still an incandescent ?
