Changing colors

ph 5.8-6.2... soil is peat based. I was advised that i need to raise the ph.. i will do so at next watering. Bagseed. Nutrients i use is general organics bio thrive 4-3-3. Lights 18/6. Bag seed. Temp averages between 74-78. Humidity 65-70. Lights are bp1000. Good circulation of air. Plant seems to continue growing at reg rate. Could it be light stress or light to far from tops? Light is about 16- 17 inches from top.
