Changing hours of exposure

How stressful it would be for my AF plants (they just started flowering) if I'd change hours of light exposure. Now the light is shining from 6:00AM to 10:00PM. Will it be hard to adapt for them if I'd change to 6:00PM - 10:00AM?

as long as you dont keep switching it up they should be fine...ive had to do that because of work scheduling and it was no big

Not sure about the AF but normally one would extend the dark time when doing this.

I've done the same thing. They put in smart meters, so it's cheaper at night.

Yes u can and its up to u..U could let the light run str8 thru to ur changed nite time or put into dark for a few extra hrs..it dont matter just only do it 1 time so make sure u wanna change the time..GL
