Changing lights out last 2 weeks of flower

Do you guys think my plants might die or burn switching my lights out
They’ve been under a shitty aglex 2000 their entire life and I just got my new led from alibaba the QB 550v2 3500k with 660nm reds 480 watts

They won’t die. It will stress them though I think. Years ago I went from California lightworks blurple to high powered cobs and all my plants tossed nanners like mad.
