Changing time

Hello friends and growers quick question if I may ask?
What is the best way to change the 12 hour cycle from 12 hours daytime running to 12 hours nighttime running I feel I should do it one hour a day on and off at a time to get the schedule I want to run my lights it will take 12 days to do this ?I hope I explained this correctly Thank you in advance

just to be clear instead of your lights kicking on at night your wanting to switch the cycle to kick on in the morning now.. or however you want.. but basically thats what your wanting to do?

Correct day to night
