It was an extremely tense moment when they put Dr. Tobin on the stand again. If the prosecutors or the witness slipped up it could have been a mistrial.
that's what i said just in a different way. Mr. Blackwell (prosecuter) was just told by the judge (judge) what he could say to Dr. Tobin(pulmonologist) who has an irish accent and thinks in a manner that differs from jury (layman). to try to work around knowledge that the judge (judge) won't admit without slipping. that was one tightrope walk.
nelson (defense) was begging for mistrial in chambers because of blackwell's (prosecution) partial slip.
as far as correcting me, i didn't think you were..i just assumed from mindmeld that you'd know my posting shorthand. all apologies to you if you think im up in your shit about it..it's part of posting no emotion without emotion.

The prosecution was smart to overcome the problem by using previously entered evidence to say the same thing.
I’m still surprised that the rules for evidence admissions are that strict. I would have thought anything from the autopsy could be used at anytime.
I’m not a religious man but I pray to God Chauvin is found guilty.
i understand you only need one sympathizer but anonymous jurors always talk after- (if you're smart and everyone is voting for?) you don't want to be the one on something like this because you'll be found. and woe to you if that happens they'll burn your house down.
there's plenty to convict and plenty to appeal: malpractice. even convicted he'll be out in just a few short years. he needs to be a big boy take his medicine..after all, he was a big boy for 9 minutes when he took someone's life.

USPS has become very slow due to Louis DeJoy and his improvements. it was recently said he's going to announce that 1st class is going to be one week. The USPS Board has to get rid of him in some way. I'm not certain if Uncle Joe can just fire him.
