Cheap chinese lights for budget growing

Im willing to purchase the lights (first-timer) on aliexpress, as there are no local shops for such things and only few ebay sellers ship to my small country..
I will be growing a single plant in a closet (most likely fem bubblegummer or african swazi red).

Im not aiming for high/strong quality buds, neither Im aiming for big yield, as I have only around 80-100$ budget for lighting. It's for personal grow and I don't even like high-thc weed, I kinda like to not get completly stoned but just to chill a bit, so low-thc buds are completly fine to me. I can't choose which of there 3 to buy. Any tips, please?

I'm using one from ebay right now. I'm getting serious light penetration as you can see here lol \



300W led for 200 bucks shipped and duties to canada. I'd go with something like mine: Instead of spending 240 on those #1 option lights, plus it can be used for both flower and veg just change light timing.

It will be not 240$.. it's 3pcs/lot, so 20$*4=80$ for 12 bulbs. I have a budget of 80-100$ for lighting, so for now I can't afford 300w led, maybe on next grow..

Tis Only an Idea...but think if you gonna go LED on a Budget, better to Build yourself...Loads of Info and Tutorials on this...even in my Journal..

I want to buy 3 of them for both veg and flow.
When combined, they will have ~20000lm and power of ~315w, which seems like a perfect combination for Single plant/Indica. Are these bulbs real/good? Also, do I need cooling?
