Cheap lighting

Anyone use cheap lights from walmart or canadian tire or w.e?? which kind are best?? maybe post some pics of your setup if you got one with some cheap lights to help me get an idea?? thx

The cheapest I've been able to find are 4' shop lights at walmart around $10.00 they take t-8 bulbs that I find for less at Home Depot around $ 7.00 for 2 less than walmart and a better selection.

you'll only cheat yourself if you go cheap. CFLs don't flower any good unless you buy twenty of them, and by that time, you might have well of bought a nice hps. just saying. lights are the LAST place you want to cut costs. everything else can be ghetto as fuck, but at least get a decent 100-400 watt hps light/ballast package. it's like a hundred bucks... wtf. i don't know what the street value is on the product you'll be growing, but you could more than cover the investment in 4months.

yeah i got 210 grams in a 2-3-6 closet from a 400hps my 2nd indoor grow 6 clones i took from some good bagseed
