cheap or good lights for first grow

Need help i have $3000 to start my first growroom/grow. Should i get 3 1000w virtualsun lights or 2 Gavita 1000w. Anybody used vitrualsun? I want something to last

What size space are you using, I probably won't be able to give you too much help cos I run a fairly small set up and I'm only just starting my second grow but definitely need to know how much space you have before anyone can give you advice on lights

Get the Gavita. You'll never suffer with a good light.

I own a home so have alot of space. im using my basement that have three big rooms. Just want to start small before i put alot of money into growing

If your starting small, why buy all those lights? Start with one and go from there. Best advice if this is your first grow and you have a lot of money to spend....READ and LEARN before you spend lots of money. That way you will spend money wisely. Dont forget, MORE lights generate MORE heat which needs MORE ventilation which means MORE electricity which means the cost is MORE. Get where I'm going? Start small and save the big bucks till you know what your doing then make the investment. Just my opinion

Then proceed to spending more as you learn.

You could get a 600W HPS for your first grow, they are the most efficient HPS bulbs and then you can later just build it up and get more when you're ready and you know what you need

Been reading for 6 months and still learning. All can do is take your advice. Heat not a issue thanks to my brother he installed my central air unit and ran the vents and exhust so all i have to do is hook the ducts up when im ready. Have to crawl before i walk. Thanks 1 light it is

3 THOUSAND is a small budget???? wow

I say that cause i want the equipment to last. But im waiting on 6 gavita's thanks to my wife she brought me three extra for father day. So im checking the tracking number every hour lol
