cheapest 400watt hps systems?

i want to get a 400 watt hps. whats the cheapest one that youve seen?

I've seen 400 watt set ups with everything you need on Ebay for around $120

I bought a used ballast and transformer (400 watt) from a construction project for $25. They were swapping them out for MH systems and were going to swap the old ones.

I bought one from HTG that came with both lights for like $150.
