cheapest grow lights for one or two plant grow?

If you are not a pussy and dont mind seeing random strangers that probably grow weed, use craigslist. I live in San Diego, and i could get a 600w hps light/ballast for 100 bucks on CL easy. Or u could get like a 250w setup with a tent. Dont be afraid to low ball people, most just want to get rid of the shit and are happy u will pay them even if they know its low. Make sure lights work obviously and go to a grow shop and buy a new bulb, even if the guy says its brand new.

Lol if it was 4 feet tall you could run the t5 up the back vertically and not have to worry about penetration
