Cheapest place to get my diy cob builds from?

Well guys I just put together the first cob rail and no light. Need some help figuring out what the problem is. First off I'll say that the driver I have is suppose to be dimmable but I have no idea where to dim it, maybe it's dimmed all the way down?

Okay so, all three cobs are wired in sequence positive to negative, both negatives are in the same wago and the two positives are in their own. On the power cord end, I chopped a new 10ft extension cord to use, I think a 16 ga cord, use the above mentioned connectors to attach the driver input to the ext. cord. The connectors I have look pretty self explanatory, the "sides" are all straight in line, pos, neg, and ground were fixed in line with eachother, which is surely how that's suppose to be. Oh and the cobs I was very careful not to over tighten, basically as soon as I felt tension and saw the holder seat back, I stopped, i don't see what looks like any cracks or anything, and I also tried two multiple outlets. Here's some pictures.
Note, on the driver there are two rubber pieces that can be removed and have a screw deep down in the whole, maybe that's how to dim this?

Damn, I don't know much about the diy, but I know that growmau5 in his videos recommended not going parallel, at least for beginners, wish I would've known that was a parallel. Oh well. I'll get on YouTube and look up parallel wiring, hopefully it's pretty simple.

Any good videos anyone can link on wiring parallel? Is this going to change the amount of wago's I need?

Each positive wire goes into it's own wago hole same for negative.
I got the same driver as you do. I used 3 drivers and connected 3 cobs to each driver.
So mine has 3 positive wires 1 from each cob then the positive from driver into same 5 way connector wago. And same for negative.

Your welcome and I'll dig up a thread I had about dimming them down. Where someone dumbed it down for me to understand as I just built my first one about 2 months ago

Got one wired up last night, two words, insanely bright
The cobs exceeded my expectations, I'm very eager to see what they do in pair with the cmh's. That 8x4 is going to be lit up like the 4th of july.

Soon as I figured out how to make them brighter I've been very Impressed with them and my plants are loving it. Once I get more money together I'm gunna build another one to completely take out my hps in my 4x8

I'm looking to do the same build but in a 60x31 and using 2 rails (3 cobs per rail). Would that be over kill with the configuration side by side?

I'm probably not the one to ask since I'm new with the leds but I don't think it would be over kill. I prefer a little extra light for my grows though personally.
