So this is my first design, and first grow!

What you guys think!

Leave comments and likes if you think it looks good or if I need to do something different to help the plants!!!

Plants are currently 35 days old. I had a couple of issue and got them straitened out!

Really, gonna need that co2? Good job though. I said screw it and went with a tent and leds.

I couldn't really go with a tent because of the location and it being colder so with this one I had to insulate it. But every seam is sealed with caulking from the roof to the floor.

No, nothing wrong with it but it's pretty much a waste with a small grow. CO2 is usually for much larger gardens.

I have a order of 50 seeds coming time next week. I will definitely be getting more in there.

And how would a new grower know if it is even helping?

Honestly it would be smarter to skip it for the first 4-10 runs, in my opinion.
Unless everything else is dialed in it is going to be more trouble and confusion than it is worth. Sort of like putting a turbo on a car before you know if there is a leak in the gas tank.

Those are pretty small plants for 35 days, the CO2 is clearly going to waste.
I find it sort of funny and sort of sad that VPD is more important/essential than co2 supplementation and yet almost no one pays attention to it. In fact, a lot of us don’t even know it exists or what it is.

Well I've done research and clearly you just stated it's for much bigger gardens. Plant consume co2 and produce oxygen.

And I know it kills. That's it's not in the house around kids or people.

Good luck, glad to know you understand the risks.
I would still suggest skipping the CO2 until you hit a performance plateau with everything else.

Because you asked that question on your first grow, the answer is no. You have plenty in the air around it. LARGE GROWS have MANY MANY plants in a space producing oxygen and burning up all the carbon dioxide. Your plants will not be subjected to fighting for environmental CO2. And its an expense that will add nothing to your particular yield.

The rest of your setup makes sense and kicks Noob ass. Good job.

Your plans 2ont 3ven use the extra cob unless your trips get in 5he mid 80s or above. And if there is airflow which you will probably have with exhaust fan it is useless. To keep the co2 in there you need backdraft dampers and a complete sealed environment.
Good luck and good you kept it out the house 20th co2. But in a house at night the co2 levels rise and produce more than enough for plants.

I don't have a exhaust fan in there. And that box I made is completely sealed airtight.
