These babies are 4 weeks old vegging under 400 W metal halide and 3 cfl bulbs for supplemental light. 24 light cycle and I got megagarden ebb & flow setup. GH nutes and exhaust fan and filter for smell. This is my second closet grow. I started from hydro with no soil experience.

My first batch was in the same setup, but only 3 plants survived. They were trained and got big, however I want to do sog cause closet is small.

hey i just ordered the megagarden system and then i saw the planters and i was like shit those are so small. do they work for weed or do i need a hydroponic system with biggger pots

Mmmm, they just might be a bit large to start flowering for sog. Most strains will grow 2 to 4 times is size before finish. Your plants look very healthy and vibrant. I think they're going to be big'uns...Brussels

definitely makes me consider the megagarden for future grows- btw how many pots do you have in there? I've been looking to expand to the MG from my current homeade ebb&flow system just for ease of use, hows the fit n finish on the kit?
your plants look like they're loving it, like ol boy said you might have to prune em heavy after 2 wks of flowering.. the more clones the merrier in my book though

Dude, have you ran into any problems with deficiencies? I use the same system, but right now I'm getting N def. and a couple of other things happening.

I have the same system. just wondering how many plants did u fit in there? I was gonna try 10. Any reason i shouldnt. I also am using a 400w hps

I was the same way, strait to hydro. From the looks of it you aced it

I have a quick question for you if your still around : is it a pain in the balls to drain and re-fill that garden? Im thinking of buying one to put in a 2x2 tent under some LEDs and CFLs.... I wont be able to dig it out ond it would be sitting on the floor in the tent wall to wall..... could you see the Mega-Garden being utilized in that manner..... I REALY JUST NEED TO KNOW IF YOU CAN DRAIN IT WITH OUT REMOVING THE LID AS I SCROG..???
