Not a problem! It's a good sign of solid roots.
Those roots won't be able to grow very long, so they'll just pop right through the drain holes when you move to bigger pots.

It's a good thing. It means your plant is growing roots!
The problem part is that she's telling you to get her to her permanent home, so more work for you to do. So I guess your Sunday also involves a little transplanting. My Sunday so far is harvesting my outdoor plants (still). I thought I'd finish yesterday so that today could be bubble hash making day again, but I'm not even halfway through and we got our first frost last night here in Eastern Ontario. Surprisingly they're still alive, but the tomato and pepper plants left in the garden do not look very happy.
Well sheesh, next time use a pot without holes! The bonus is that without drainage, your plant will be very sickly and hardly grow which should buy you time. *kidding*
But seriously, there really isn't such a thing as "air pruning". It's really humidity pruning. Lift your pot up so that the underneath dries up and doesn't stay wet long when you water. Set them on a screen or something suspended over your catch tray and that will deter the roots coming from the bottom. I think you'll need to transplant within 2 weeks though.
