When you say recirculating DWC...I'm picturing an NFT or Auro Flow type
system where the water is always flowing throught the roots.
I can't discern if I'm right based on your pics...Can you describe this system.

deep wate culture-roots hang in water with air stones and no recirculating.
My system has a controll bucket.a pump with top feed that runs always!
It is a 3.5 gallon bucket in a 5 gallon bucket.4 bucket systems.
with a 10gal rez.5 gal.controll bucket.

holy monkeys! thats no little piggy you got there, thats THE HOG. lol whata beast man great job!
it sounds to me like he has a deep water culture setup to me- with the airstones in a bucket with fert solution. the only difference though I THINK is that he also has a little pump thats sitting on the bottom of his bucket that is bringing solution up to the top where his medium is, top feeding those roots so they dont dry out(?) the key words there are I THINK, dont shoot me if im wrong but thats what i got from it. ive never done DWC so i have no idea what the point the topfeeding/recirculating is, but thats my best guess. then you get an extra happy HOG!!!!! lol God bless everyone

(im not saying im one of them but.... ya) ya doc og "the hog" is the stain but i could see how you would get that confused with someone just nameing their BIG ass beautiful plant "the hog" or "the beast" or something like that. its not like the stain is northern lights, purple haze or something that every one and their grandmother has heard about. i wasnt referring to you man, just id be crazy if that many people asked me what strain something is.......
but the hog is a famous strain....I know im not the only one that reads on cannabis when im not on the computer.....anyone ever heard of that evil magazine called "high times"? the hog has been in there like 100 times @ least along with the other strains they just show over and over.............
