Edit: You know, I owe you one for this though. My wife said nobody is delusional enough to say that TRUMP! wasn't making a witticism about somebody shooting Hillary. She figured the statement was extraordinarily clear and that the best TRUMP! could do was to get people to think it was cute. I told her she was giving people too much credit. I argued that there are people stupid and biased enough to actually claim that it never happened. So we made a little bet. You are proof that I was right. She had no choice but to pay off on our bet.

Why not? Firstly, she is not very bright. Secondly, she wants very much to think that she is not a total reprehensible human despite the hateful thoughts and ideas in her head.

that is a complicated question. However, there are plenty of poor people who aren't violent, and I can't think of a reason why being poor would make you violent. Seems like most of the violence is gang "bangers" type, usually younger males trying to kill other males, because what they looked at someone wrong?

Violence and killing is based on not having respect for others, therefore you see others peoples lives as not important.
