For a while we had one of those monster Caprice station wagons with the jump seats in back. My mom could get over that middle seat in a heartbeat. But we really had to be out of line for that to happen. For the most part, those jump seats were a sanctuary.
Yeah those were the good ole days, I remember the only use for seat belts were for locking down cargo.images(30).jpeg Which reminds me of the best wagon. Still makes me laugh when I think about itimages(32).jpeg

Phew! I am so glad this isn't some pedo thread! Rollitup suprises me at times, and thread titles have me leaping to worst case scenarios quite often! Cool cars!

When we were in grade school, mom drove one of these, fully electric, white leather...t-tops. I remember my sister and I sitting in the floorboard of the back seat (who wore seatbelts then?) eating a whole bag of chocolate chips on the way home from the store. We were so sick for a couple of days.
