Was really good to see him!

I'm not talking shit about them. I am simply saying, the fact that new lights came out, and cutters has not, and the price is same vs building and I received zero customer service. It is not going to entice me into buying. A premade system I plug in, is the same price, comes with a warranty, already has spectrum tuned etc etc etc. Too much work to build to save like 50 bucks.

Just trying to make educated decision and get people's opinion before o run off and just get a light just because, or to get the big name brand, or to buy parts and build myelf when I have no idea wtf will happen. So I'm torn between timber redwood, hlg600h, or chilled led. I think chilled takes the win as of now due to even spread and intensity. Hlg I like the spectrum a bit better (more red) also I would love to build my own but I can't do it without some questions being answered from them because their website is ridiculous to find or compare as like all the other led supply companies online. Or just buy cob kits and then upgrade later if I really want more power. But everyone say cob is the past.

Well, general statement, and pointed statement are different. I believe that accusing me of talking shit is not a general statement. I'm not saying it is intentionally to be a dick, but that was a pretty poibted statement. You did, obviously, care of I was talking shit, otherwise you wouldn't have said. You completely misunderstood him. He was just commenting on the increasing service complaints against Cutter. In this context, "talking shit" simply meant "service complaint". He wasn't implying that you were out of line to raise said issue, but rather wondering why the hell Cutter is suddenly receiving a higher rate of complaint here on this forum.
