Chillin coffee bar liverpool?

any of my UK fellow towers have an info on the chillin coffee bar in Liverpool? I am spending a week in the Liverpool area in June and have heard that be a good place to sample the local herbs. I have also heard it gets shut down frequently but the owner keeps opening it back up. Any info is appreciated
