you know i did not know that thats interesting never would have thought of it i always thought it would help the soil but ill get rid of them u live and you learnThose decomposing leaves could be (and probably are) robbing your soil of nitrogen. Small amounts, perhaps, but none the less.
Your soil PH definitely won't benefit from decomposing plant matter either.
And yes, they are perfect breeding grounds for fungus/bacteria.
I would definitely remove that sort of thing, whether it be on the ground or on the soil.

thanks man im happy with my second grow want to see my harvest this time around i know it will be stronger than the last my last grow didnt have frosty leaves at all so i get to make some bubble hash with what ever is leftlovely looking lady! well done dude!
