Already cut one Tangie plant. Was in 2.5 gallon pot and yielded 10 grams wtf. Small pot size and bad pheno are a bad combo? I cut it because it just seemed like it was taking up space!
Plus I needed some smoke bongsmilie:joint::eyesmoke:

I'm not a master, nor do I claim to be. I know I have some nute burn and burn marks on buds etc. Working with what I got. Your input/negative comments are still appreciated. I like and handle constructive criticism well.

Barneys Farm
- LSD (73 Days Harvest)
Frosty, done. Will be chopping this tonight noticed some amber trichs on her. Very dense buds. About an average yield it looks like. Strange odor I have never smelled before.

GreenHouse Seeds -
Kalashnikova
Also about average, was expecting HUGE buds on this guy from the breeders description but got an average phenotype. Smells earthy.

CH9 Seeds -
Humboldt
Grew this before but the pheno was nothing like this. It was supposed to finish around 53 days. Here it is day 72 with nothing but white foxtails STILL! Not many orange hairs on this one. Super fat, would love to reveg/clone this strain for breeding and another run. Very floral aroma.

(x2) DNA Genetics - Tangie
Overall not impressed, should have used larger pots. Wtf was I thinking! Citrus odor. Very sativa dominant

Room

4x4 Tent
440 CFM Fan
FootHill Filters 24"x6" Carbon Filter (works great)

Veg Time 45 Days

Lighting
Started first 5 weeks with one 400w HPS
Finished last 4-5 weeks with (2) 400w HPS/MH
(mostly the MH and HPS combo been switching them back and forth to two HPS every couple weeks)

Soil Mixture
25% Cow Compost (Walmart)
25% Potting Soil (Walmart)
10% Reused Soil
25% Vermiculite
15% Perlite

Disappointed with all that vermiculite, you learn by experience some say. Holds moisture too long. I didn't have a way to go get perlite at the time I was starting. I should have waited!

Flower Nutes
General Hydroponics MaxiBloom
Molasses
Raw Honey <-- Every once in a while
Veg Nutes
Fox Farm GrowBig

hmmm...
ch9 seeds Idk, but mostly white hairs at 72 days..somethin aint right.
Yea, 2.5 gallon pot - too small. Not sure about that soil mix either.
Why not keep it simple? FF Ocean Forest with a lil extra perlite. 5 gallon pots for flower.
Youll get alot better results with a 600w (aircooled) in a 4x4.
Your temps too high and humidity wayy too low. youll need humidifier if its that low...
how long did you veg?

Vegged for like 45 days.

Can't control temps or humidity. Would rather have low than high humidity though in late flower. Would love to be able to have an a/c. Maybe when I get a better place with a permanent place to grow.

I am working with what I got. I was going to get two cooltubes for two 400w lamps for my next run, do away with the tent and build a room also. I got almost all ballasts [(x8) 400w MH | (x2) 400w HPS | 250w MH] for free (not bulbs). Really don't want to buy any more equipment at this point. Over the past like 6 years I spent a few thousand dollars on grow equipment and sold a lot of it, bought some more, sold it, etc. If I were to buy anything it would be cooltubes, another 440cfm fan, and if I ever get a better place, an Air Conditioner.

Soil. Bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest is $20, that's not mentioning $5 for Perlite and $5 for Vermiculite. I spent $10 on Perlite, Vermiculite, and soil. Like I said I put WAY to much vermiculite. I did not know it held water like it did. Now I know. Learning little by little. Next soil mix is going to be organic, I am cooking it now. Bone Meal, Bloodmeal, Coffee Grounds, Wood Ash, Lime, Epson Salt.

Im trying to keep everything low cost, I wont buy a $20 bag of dirt when I can make something better in my own yard.

The last two pictures and the one with me holding the jar next to it is the CH9 Humboldt....About the CH9 Humboldt still having white pistols. It is the biggest plant. I am not sure what is happening with it. Smells the best too. I am going to light feed next water and just continue with business as usual until she ripens up. Hopefully turns orange.

They solid or airy?

Thanks for the log, when you chopped the Tangie plant, how old was it?

Something was wrong with the Tangie I chopped other than the too small pot. It was at day 65-67 when I cut it, it really wasn't ready. I just needed some smoke and it was taking up a lot of space. It was really stretchy. They other Tangie pheno I am growing is kind of airy. I wish, I wish i would have just used a 5 gallon!

next time get fox farm dirt, it doesn't look or sound like you are yielding much, always a next time but that's pretty low you def cut her way too early to even fill in, your inpatients is your loss, you could yield oz's per grams when you yield/pull early

I had a Tangie that didnt do as expected because of a 2.5 gallon pot.

The Barny's Farm LSD however is at least 2-3 oz. It should fill two half gallon jars full

I know Fox Farm Ocean Forrest and Happy Frog are good, but everyone swears by it to much for my liking. You can make a way better or equal soil with just cheap potting soil and adding your own amendments.

I am cooking up some super soil right now. Old potting soil from outdoor flowers, Neem Cake/Meal, Karanja Cake/Meal, Bone Meal, Blood Meal, Coffee Grounds, Kelp Meal, going to get some worm poop soon. I will be adding about 25%-33% CoCo Coir, 25-33% Perlite and this should be an amazing mix. Just add water, no nutrient mix :)
