Cut big fan leaves off. Cut off branches from main stem, trim bud leaves off (keep for hash, edibles etc) and hang. Or just hang the whole damn thing.

Do a little research?

My first grow also and have used rollitup for all my info. When my Trichs are aroung 50-50, 50% amber, 50% milky I cut. They smell so good and have turned out great and very stoney. My question is what is happening to the smell during drying? On the plant and after trimming, the buds smell so good. But in a day after hanging they have no smell. And it doesn't come back during curing.
I have read that when the buds are crispy on the outside and the stem still bends it's time for curing. What if right off the plant they are crispy to the touch, what if I start curing then with a 6/1 burp cycle? Maybe worth a try. Just want to stop loosing the smell. Thanks
