Yeah tru dat in alota cases, unfortunatley BB genetics are made up from super unstable stock (Thai is the culprit here)

sounds like a nice project u could pull off manee. =) id love to see that! too bad HC couldnt give ya a cut from his BB plants hes got goin. looks like a nice pheno hes got. ive heard of people overnighting clones in plugs hidden in video tapes.... jsut a lil risky tho. not like seeds which u can hide anywhere and can be in the mail for a week or 2 and be fine ya kno....Zactly, i got soem Northernberry and soem BB , ive always wanted to do a Bx back to the BB line ... might be a project to do soon

heyy. sooo i wen i was trimmin off the lower braches from the cheese and blue dream.. i didnt wanna jsut toss them out.. i wanted to keep them and turn them into clones so that i could put them outside at sum point soon for my outdoor grow... but i didnt have any soil.. sooo i jsut took them all and threw them in a cup of water.. its been about a week or 2 now and im seeing roots start to form.. which is pretty cool. seems like a much easier way to clone... especially since i have about 8 clones in 1 cup.. takes up alot less room. and u can just look at tehm to see how the roots are doin....
But....
the reason i was writing this... is because i had blue dream and cheese clones in the same cup.. adn when i took the clones. i took a black sharpie.. and scribbled a lil bit on the cheese clones soo i could tell them apart... i just scribbled a line about 3/4 inch long. over about 1/2 of the branch.... and every clone i did that to i can see the visible roots.. but get this... the roots have all grown out of the spot where i wrote on with the black sharpie... the other clones havent shown roots yet.. only the ones i wrote on.. adn roots are only comin out of the spot where i wrote on.. nowhere else.........
.... i think i may have accidently stumbled upon a new rooting hormone.. or sumthing similar.. sumthing that will stimulate root grown and help select which part of the plant/clone you want roots to form on... i will continue to do more testing with is.. as i have only had 4/4 of the cheese clones do this.. which is obviously 100% success rate... but this may jsut be a coincidence... but iidk... i mean 4/4.. and roots showing ONLY on the parts that have the black sharpie marking on it... kinda strange. jsut wanted to share this info with everyone... im real curious about this now...

The solvent in the sharpie likely damaged the stalk allowing the roots to shoot out easier. It's akin to scraping the 'wood' off the stem before you stick it in the cube. That tough skin can actually hinder rooting.

Well sharpie says
"The black ink in the Fine, Twin Tip, Chisel and Super is permanent ink. The principle solvents are alcohols, but they also contain ethylene glycol monobutyl ether. All other Sharpie ink colors are Permchrome ink. For these the principle solvents are also alcohols, but no glycol ethers are used."
I'm sure u could look into those inks and find out the mech if you were interested enough

alllright guys. time for an update!! MOD is impressin me more and more... took a sample bud. looks like she'll finish at 7 week 7.5 weeks at the most id say. the cheese is doin good. the smell is great.... buds arent chunkin up as much as id like tho. =/ but the blue dream..... well.... lol. shes doin fuckin great.. gonna give me a nice yield. plenty of chunky colas. almost a minty smell to it.. and i chopped the cinderellas. ill throw pics up of those after too... all the plants are at week 6 Flowering

Here are My Clones I got jsut sitting in a cup of water. and its been a couple weeks now. and most of them are rooted and will go outside. =) You can see where i wrote on them with the black sharpie.. and you can see the roots comin out of only those parts of those clones. I will be doing further testing with this to see if there is anything to this. =)

yeaaa i kno the cindys crap.... got crap genetics from sum guy on here.... =p lol. and yeaa these ones sure did foxtail up real nice. not gonna do a 12-12 from clone with these again tho... didnt get the yield i was lookin for. =/ not like last time. ill veg them for a lil bit next time.
and yeaa my MOD clone is finally starting to grow now. =D this will have a place in my garden for a while... unless of course the bud i smoke sucks... lol.. but i have faith in it.. never smelled anything like this one... Mmmmmmmm

thnks maneee. and yeaa the 1st cup inside is like a 1/3 of a cup.. lol. idk wat it is exactly... i just cut a small hole in it soo the clones could sit up nicely.. funny i have them sittin in the flowering room... lol. no room in the veg box at the moment.. soo i threw a CFL lamo in the flower room by the floor and threw them under that. this system works better/faster than sticking them in soil with rooting hormone... and the main reason i tried it was because i thought it would be a pain in the ass to fit like 8 clones in the veg box... it would take up so much room... soo now i got them ALL in ONE cup. =D cant beat that. saved plenty of room. and go ahead man.. steal it. hahaha.

My Cinderella "Mom" only a small mom plant. but getting a lil too wide for my veg box so I threw it into the flowering room. *Compliments of My Nizzle Dizzle Fo Shizzle*
*My arm looks wierd. lol. my hand was in the shade. and the HPS light was only on my arm. lol. makes a glowing effect. lol
thats all for now.. i do have a BMF and a Purple Widow (WW x Deep Purple) i threw into flowerin a few days ago. they both ended up female. the other purple widow i have is female as well. but a lil small. and will stay in the veg box a lil longer. i have a MOD clone that has rooted and it starting to grow now. and a blue dream clone that has rooted as well adn is just taking off **clones very very well** this strain grows extremely fast and roots very fast and yields well... hopin it smokes as well as it grows.. if it does it is a keeper for sure!!
** i have 4 Bubba Kush x Master Kush seedlings that have sprouted.. and 3 NL 99 that have sprouted as well.
** i found about 10 seeds in that sample bud i took yesterday in the MOD.. it must have been seeded from the nanners the cheese threw out. sooo i have a few Destructive Cheese seeds... =) sure theres more where that came from. should be an interesting cross...
