Cinderella 99 and Critical Hog

The plant that's farthest along in flower is very fruity grapefruit/pineapple, I'm not sure what to call it, the slower one has a funky cheese smell

@Opie1971 when you did a selective branch pollination, did you take the girl out of the tent/flower area to pollinate her? I have a few big moms I want to selectivly branch pollinate on all 3. These bitches are too big to remove, pollinate, mist and put back in. I was thinking of just brown bagging a branch on all three, and then spraying down that branch with h2o after an hour or so (fans off). Then repeating in 2 days to ensure insemniation occured.

No I didn't remove, I used a small makeup brush ( I had small paint brushes but the bristles were too stiff), and the brush was new. I just lightly brushed the bud sites where I wanted seeds, of course there was some stray pollen that drifted around, (and could be for a while), but it looks to be minimal.

I also used the Tiresias Mist, just spraying the very top of one branch, the whole limb ended up being full on balls, it was loaded. I'll post a pic when I can of it. As soon as I saw the sacs start busting open I cut the whole limb off, put it in a jar of water and then periodically shake the pollen and balls sometimes, off onto a glass plate, then scraped up for use.
I'm not a professional or a scientist, but what worked for me was to spray the top once a day, right before it starts showing sex, for 10 to 12 days. Sometimes, maybe 2 or 3, I would spray it twice a day, once in am, once at pm, (when lights came on and before they went off), I did this at about a week in.
And I've done it this way 3 times and had success all 3, so it's what works for
me

Yea, I made my own Colloidial silver as well as purchased some and made a stock solution. Worked very well for the s1's I wanted to make of my raspberry cough strain. This was years ago. I have some male Clementine (laplata labs) pollen I just harvested a week or so ago. I have a few moms I want to impregnate a branch each of with.

Beans are done! I'm gonna start a few asap, (not in a tote, never again), although the totes work well outdoors, especially if your putting em out late in the year, just gotta worry with watering them.
I'm gonna run several of these, in several different ways, figure out what works best for me.

P.s. Attitude has Brothers Grimm Cinderella XX listed for $29+ each

Nice score! Can't wait to see what you get outta the cross.
I got some C99#8(pineapple pheno?) × Hicock Haze freebies I may dig thru for a c99 leaner.

Most of em are C99's, S1's. There are a few C99xCritical Hog beans, but not many at all, I thought maybe the fans would "pollinate" the hog plant more than it did, I didn't brush any on it like I did the C99's,

Glad you persevered and pushed thru. Rewarded many times over with good smoke and free beans of killer genetics. Can't wait to see ya pop some of those c99 s1's.
