Scrap the hidden money packages, but it is true if someone who if fortunate enough is be able to carry a decent amount of cash, they are considered quilty unless they can win their money back. No charges but no money unless you pay lawyers to get it back and that could cost more than what you lost.

the worst part is where they prove the cops are watching the money side of the highway and dont give a shit about the drug side of teh highway.

If they catch the drugs, they have to store it, wait for the case to end, and then destroy the drugs.
If they catch the money, they just deposit into their account.
